This policy explains what information Cyberdefentra ("we") collects when you visit cyberdefentra.com, and how we use it. We write about tracking, so we try to keep our own footprint small.
Information you send us
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter, plus the time of submission. We use this only to read and reply to your message. Submissions are emailed to our inbox and stored in a private log on our server that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell this information or add you to a mailing list.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical data for each request, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page and browser user-agent. We use these logs to keep the site running, troubleshoot errors and protect against abuse. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Cookies on this site
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or social widgets. The contact page sets a single session cookie that holds a security token to protect the form against forged submissions. It expires when you close your browser.
Affiliate links and third-party cookies
When you click an affiliate link to Total Adblock, you leave our site. The merchant or affiliate network may then set its own cookies or use similar technologies to record that you arrived from us, so that a commission can be attributed. Those cookies are controlled by the third party under their own privacy policy, not by us. You can block or delete them using your browser settings.
Fonts
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests these files from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.
Retention and security
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they are deleted. We take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, including some US states, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email [email protected].
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
